My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were large and nicely decorated, offering a top-notch experience even in a smaller town like Zhongshan. The service was somewhat lacking in attentiveness but decent overall. The location was very central and picturesque, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience, while acceptable, fell short of my expectations. Overall, a good value for the price.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, equipped with complimentary access to the club lounge, are clean and spacious, having a nice bed and a cool bathroom with great amenities. However, some service issues arose with staff primarily concerned about money, lacking flexibility, and not being fully trained in some areas. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town with convenient access to dining options, though the dining experience fell short, needing improvements for a better quality, particularly considering the reference to a 5-star standard. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities are well-maintained, offering a decent stay overall.
